Cinamon Stick

Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsps

Onion, Tomato, Cupsicum – each cubed
Fresh Cream – 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped – 2 tbsps
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

I was wondering though why you precooked the chicken. Would it not cook thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients?

You can make both these pastes at home by soaking them separately in warm water for about 10-15 minutes and then grind them separately till smooth.
