OMG! I am in heaven! Thank you very much, I also learnt a new word, Capsicum here is called “green bell pepper.” I hear the Chicken tikka masala was invented especially for the English pallet from India (Because we English couldn’t handle the Aiain hotter food and certain spices suited us better).

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Bay Leaf
Black Cardamom – 2
Green Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 3
Cinamon Stick
Onion, chopped – 3 Medium
Tomatoes, chopped – 4 Medium
Ginger & Garlic Paste – 2 tbsps
Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tsps
Red Chilli Powder – tbsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt
Cashewnut & Melon Seeds Paste – 4 tbsps
Chicken Tikka – 10 pcs
Water
Onion, Tomato, Cupsicum – each cubed
Fresh Cream – 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped – 2 tbsps
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp

I was wondering though why you precooked the chicken. Would it not cook thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients?

You can make both these pastes at home by soaking them separately in warm water for about 10-15 minutes and then grind them separately till smooth.
